2020 Season


Sadly, we will not be having a 2020 season. Mostly due to COVID-19 and it’s restrictions for high intensity physical activity, consideration of physical barriers, spacing seats or assigning seating at two-metre distance. In addition to routine cleaning protocols, increase frequency of sanitation of commonly touched surfaces and shared equipment, in our case, paddles and life vests. 2020 Season Update


Here’s what we can tell you in regards to our 2020 season. Covid-19 Stage 2 relaunch (in Alberta) is taking effect June 12, 2020. This means team sports, indoor recreation and fitness centers can open with restrictions. Groups of no more than 50 people can gather, and, for high intensity physical activity, consideration of physical barriers, spacing seats or assigning seating at two-metre distances is recommended. Only TWO practices left this season!


It’s never to late!! We still have two more practise left before we take our boat out of the water. The second last is this Sunday (Sept 09/18 @ 10am) and then our last is  this coming Wednesday (Sept 12/18 @7pm). Kalispell Dragon Boating festival


“Take it Away!”, to Montana’s Dragon Boating Festival, September 10-11. This year returning to the community of  Lakeside, just off of the Flathead Lake, minutes away from Kalispell. What a fantastic weekend, mother nature held out for us making the two days of paddling well worth it! We placed third in the C division of the mixed teams! We want to commend the 6o plus teams that come out to show their spirit and enthusiasm for the sport! Paddles UP! This is, always one of our favourite festivals to be a part of.
